Great Room

This great room is in fact tremendously flexible as it can easily be used in the modern great room fashion or set up as a more traditional family room & dining room arrangement. Either way the vaulted ceilings stretch seemingly unendingly skyward. A hand cut and hand laid stacked stone fireplace is the focal point of the room, although substantial wall space is devoted to an art collection, complete with soft spotlights to highlight each masterpiece. Amble up the steps towards the master suite and pause to enjoy the superior craftsmanship visible in the bent steel handrailings painstakingly created by a local artist. From above the great room area or even at floor level the nearly floor to ceiling picture windows illuminate the room and provide scintillating views of the Catalina Mountains.
