Good hiking/trail shoes.
Sun/weather protection (hat, sunglasses, sleeves, sunblock etc)
Water, water and more water! Feel free to bring an energy bar or two as well.
Trekking poles may be useful to some on this hike.
 
Description:

• The Sweetwater Preserve has multiple trails that link together allowing for a flexible hike of varying lengths. The trails are all easy to moderate in difficulty. We can add as much or do as little as the group would prefer.
• Length: Variable
• Elevation change: minimal
• Duration (including travel): 2-4 hours
