Hike: Mt Kimball via Finger Rock Trail for Saturday, February 15, 2025
- Meet at the Health and Fitness Facility at 8:30am to carpool to the trailhead.
- The Finger Rock trail is a frequently used trail taking hikers up the east side of Finger Rock Canyon. The trail starts out fairly level, but once hikers enter the canyon, it quickly turns steep as the trail moves up the canyon wall and stays above the canyon floor. The top of Mount Kimball provides a great view of Oro Valley. It has many trees that block the view of Tucson, however.
